Winter Refresher Green Smoothie |

Ingredients :
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, or to taste
- 1 apple, cored and quartered
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 cucumber, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger root, peeled
Instructions :

- Place water, spinach, apple, orange, cucumber, cranberries, and ginger in a blender. Blend on low until just combined; increase speed to high and blend until smooth and liquefied, about 1 minute.
Notes :
- You can substitute water kefir for the water.
- For use in a regular blender, chop all ingredients before adding. Add extra water as needed to liquefy.
