Ingredients :

- ¼ cup water
- 3 ½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- ½ cup honey
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
