Supercharged Breakfast Smoothie |

Ingredients :
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk, or as needed
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 clementines, peeled and segmented
- 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks
- 1/2 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds

- Blend almond milk, oats, strawberries, blueberries, clementines, apple, avocado, flax seeds, honey, coconut oil, and chia seeds together in a blender until smooth, 30 to 60 seconds.
Notes :
- After first 30 seconds, open lid, mix contents using a wooden spoon, and check the consistency. Add more milk if necessary. Add a handful of ice if you want it cold.
