  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 3 frozen strawberries, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions :

  • Blend kale, yogurt, and peanuts together in a blender until smooth. Add milk, banana, strawberries, and maple syrup and blend until desired consistency is reached.

Notes :

  • Substitute any type of juice for the milk. If you choose to substitute juice for the milk, blend juice with kale, yogurt, and peanuts until smooth. If you over-blend with milk, it may become too thick and frozen ingredients become frothy.
